Publication

Please fill out the below form to request permission to reproduce an image for publication (book, e-journal, etc).

Upon date of publication, the publisher is to provide Public Art Fund with at least one complete, gratis copy of the publication in which the image is reproduced.

Certain works of art may be protected by a copyright not owned by Public Art Fund. Responsibility for ascertaining whether any such rights exist, for paying any royalties or fees claimed by the artist, his or her heirs or estate, and for obtaining all other necessary permissions, remains with the applicant.

Commercial and Special Use

Please fill out the below form for requests for commercial and advertising products. Permission will be granted on a case by case basis. Artist permission required for all decorative and special uses.

Press

For press images, including images of current exhibitions, email press@publicartfund.org and provide name of publication, publication date, deadline for receipt of image. Images with photo credit will be sent and the credit should be run in full (including photographer name).

Research/Education

Images may be used for research and personal use, but unauthorized publication, duplication, or distribution of content is prohibited without permission.
